Account Director – A position requiring industry and client management experience, with responsibility for the management of existing business and the development of new business.
Coordinator/Senior Coordinator – A position with responsibility for planning daily/weekly activities and tasks to meet project timelines.
Associate Projects Manager/Projects Manager – A position with responsibility for overseeing and executing all types of medical education and communications projects, including speaker training meetings, advisory boards, and interactive media; coaching and developing team members; assisting in budget development; and creation and management of timelines.
Senior Projects Manager/Project Director – A position with responsibility for the overall success of one or more projects by allocating resources, ensuring adherence to company policy and process, meeting project timelines and budget requirements, and providing leadership for the development of team members.
Medical Editor – A position with responsibility for executing the highest editorial quality in a range of client-driven materials (all stages) for promotional medical education projects. Medical Writer/Senior Medical Writer – Part of Phoenix's Scientific Services, this position has responsibility for developing and managing multiple projects as assigned. Demonstrated proficiency in writing technical scientific documents and demonstrated abilities in literature analysis, independent work, and adherence to deadlines are required.
Coordinator/Senior Coordinator – A position with responsibility for planning daily/weekly activities and tasks to meet program timelines.
Faculty Manager – A position responsible for communicating information to and scheduling faculty, and coordinating their travel in association with executing a program.
Speakers Bureau Manager – A position with responsibility for overseeing and executing all types of programs; coaching and developing team members; adhering to budget; and creating and managing timelines.
Meeting Planner/Senior Meeting Planner – A position requiring industry and meeting planning experience, with responsibility for managing logistics including arranging travel, food, reservations, and registrations; budgeting; and general administrative tasks, working in conjunction with management to achieve overall meeting objectives.

Coordinator/Senior Coordinator – A position with responsibility for providing online management of virtual meeting platform and technical support to remote presenter as well as online conference attendees simultaneously.
Developer – A highly technical role for an individual with previous development experience who can play a hands-on programming role in the development and management of custom technology solutions utilizing various database, Internet, and other development tools.
Database Administrator/Developer – A position with responsibilities for designing and writing TSQL, Stored Procedures, functions, views, triggers, and creating tables.
